Off to the orthopedic specialist this morning. I’ve nursed this hip tweak as long as I can. Haven’t squatted in a month, and I’m about to go crazy. I really hope they can figure it out.

Considering my BF% is lower now than that photo - I would say nearly #65-70 of lean body mass ( I was about 145-150# in that photo ). I'm about #216 right now. Climbing slowly from 207 at Christmas.

If you don’t mind investing some money the Bragi ear buds are awesome. Waterproof and you can store 4 Gigs of music on them. I have had them for 18 months now I love them.

Weighing in every day is unnecessary during a cut, your body weight fluctuates too much day to day. Once a week to weigh is the most efficient, and the best time to weigh in is first thing in the am imo.

I’m in full agreement that day to day fluctuations in BW should be ignored. However, this vvv
Is why I prefer to weigh everyday. It allows me to see the whole trend.

I feel like i might make a misinformed decision if I weigh one day per week and that day happened to be the day I’m holdong some extra water, didn’t poop, etc. I’ll jump 3-4 lbs some days one way or another.

    Will do, thanks...I appreciate it.

Got it. Don’t want to overwhelm myself with new things to do right away lol
I’m still trying to figure out what exercises to do on what days etc as well.

How often to weigh yourself I think depends on how much it bothers you lol

I do it once per week because if I did it daily it would frustrate the hell out of me.

Weekly I can stay better motivated.

When it’s real bad is after a night of drinking and eating like an idiot. I’ll wake up 10lb heavy.

I always weigh after those. It’s like that “scared straight” show. Fitness edition.

I’m just trying to loose excess fat that I have in my belly area and a bit on my chest. At the same time, become more muscular and try to achieve those clean lines. We’ll see how it goes

Today was basically leg day for me:

-10 mins on stationary bike at resistance level 8
    -Leg Press 120lbs 3 sets of 14
-Seated Calf Raises w 10lb plate 3 sets of 14

-Lateral Pull Down 80lbs 3 sets of 12
-Rotator Cuff Exercise with 5lb dumbell

It’s not easy to get it all done on my 1 Hour lunch break. Oh and, I’m Huungry!

I liked weighing myself everyday as well.

Now I don’t use the scale. Just go by the reflection in the mirror of truth.

But everyday helped me for sure.

I've done that before, both pre and any caffeine from soda etc. Doesn't help.

Mind you, I drank 2-3 2 liter bottles of soda a day from when I was 13 till 40.
