What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I have one that you may be interested in. I will get pics. It has a cut out for a bussman already and space for additional relays or switches.

 

I just noticed that I ordered switches with white LED's. The package isn't marked. I'll have to hook each one to the battery to check the LED color.

 

How come I haven't seen this? I think I know which bracket I need. I want to use the two holes on the driver fender and have the box mounted long ways (if that makes any sense).

I think I need this one but I need it to be reverse so the box is mounted more towards the rear.

 

That's close to what I want. I want my relay box mounted lower so the top lines up with the top of the factory relay box.

 

Got the truck washed and the front Husky floor liners installed!

 

Picked up the bumper from the bodyshop today. Got it back sooner than I thought I would.

 

What lift and tire size are you running?

Got new socks and shoes-@SCS Ray10s 16x8 -10offset w/ 265/75/16 Cooper ST Maxx tires Old Man Emu 886/90000 coils and Hd Dakar’s in the rear. I couldn’t be happier! Stance is unbelievable Sits about 1” outside the fenders, tires are super quiet and drive straight, balanced well also.

Made some more progress on my LED swap.

I added red ambient footwell and overhead lighting to my truck a while back and I’ve been slowly changing all the switches and shit over to red LEDs.

I finished the driver window swit h today.









Ordered more LEDs since this was the last one I had. Still need to do the ATrac switch and the overheard compass then everything will be red.

 

Nothing better than a set of new husky liners! Love mine have front and rear. I said I was only going to get fronts two days later a buddy spilt an entire drink in my backseat! Got it cleaned up and immediately ordered that rear.

 

I AM IN LOVE! Looks so good! Tires look beefy!

So I adopted (bought) a granny truck today. I just could not bring myself to buy anything but a Toyota. Anyway I will post a pic of my gator trucks lil bro when I get it home. It is a clean 1990 extra cab with a hard cover on the bed. I needed a way to haul my 88 year old mom and she just can't get in my gator truck. Paid too much but it is a clean Ga. truck. V6 SR5 no rust and 134K miles. The only thing I do not like is the color, black . Already trying to figure some mods that won't change things to interfere with mom's ride. LOL So now I need to find a Toyota forum for these older Toys. Where is there a good site for the older trucks? Thanks for feed back.

 

Wassup everybody, I just created my account after looking at cool posts by you guys for a while now. I’m from the Bay Area and I just got my Tacoma about 6 months ago. It’s 11 years old and had a lot of chips and paint damage to the front end so I decided to have it repainted for a clean look. The before and after made me super happy! Zoom in if u can. I’ll be posting more pics soon.

 

I wet sanded the headlights down and then used a couple coats of clear coat, they are not new headlights I just restored them. Thanks
