Looks like I’m gonna need that shock upgrade sooner than later. That or a new seat. I’ve been sitting on an ice pack for the past hour. My tailbone is sore as all get out! I’ve broken it twice so it’s easily agitated.

I kinda miss the one on my 2010. The newer seats look less comfortable.

I’m saving up for my saddle man.

Meanwhile, want to attempt a softail slim seat? The softails are supposed to have gel seats

My stock Sportster seat was terrible. Got a Corbin and it made a world of difference. Organically for a 3.3 gallon tank, someone had modified it to fit a 2.2 gallon tank so I had to chop some of the front clip off but now it fits great and feels 100% better on long rides.

The 883 I rode was painfully slow compared to my Ninja and even though I didn’t need a ton of speed, it didn’t do it for me.

That is a sharp looking bike. I’ll admit I’m partial to the Harleys though. I don’t know why. In all reality the other bikes are probably more reliable.

I remember we talked about it before. The saddle man I want looks like that (2 up), but the lumbar arch is a different contour. It’s supposed to be better on longer rides which is where my current seat lacks.

My old nightster could keep up with a buddies GSXR. But I think that had more to do with our compared riding styles than anything. Still, he was surprised I was right on his tail for a few rides we did together. He eventually sold the GSXR for a ‘48 then sold the ‘48 for a street glide. I turnt him.

Ok. Or what about a comfort report after some trips?

East coast riding season is almost here

I have owned a Nightster and an 883 Sportster too. The 883 Sportster is geared differently than any of the 1200 Sportsters which contributes to them feeling and acting slower. The Nightster was a lot more fun to ride than the 883. As far as comfort goes it is relative. Im sure a Nightster is more comfortable than some bikes but if you want comfort go for a larger cruiser.

I always wanted to get a Streetbob. Much faster and more comfortable.
