    I did some stuff.
Agreed. I'm good with where ever Josh decides. I've never camped any of the areas up there anyways.

Noob here gents. Anyone running an RTT on top of a fiberglass camper shell? Was thinking that would be the best option but kind of weary of the weight limit of the camper shell. I was trying to get everything before the trip in March, but it is looking like it may have to wait a while.

Muah. I think this trip is more camp oriented rather than wheeling so I’m not sure how much use we’ll get out of em

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Breaker Breaker, This is Built2Ride... can you pass the salt and a fresh brew!

True story, when I grew up in Macon there was an old dude that road around on a bicycle and he had a cb mounted to it. Dude was nuts. His handle was Rubbersnake lol

Yeah I plan on meeting at some location on Friday that's easy to get to (with cell service :fingerscrossed: ). For those only coming Saturday I'll give either GPS coordinates or good directions to get there

I probably won’t be getting up until Saturday, and I’m not cool enough for a CB.

Hopefully someone will be kind enough to send up some smoke signals for us late arrivers :turtleride:

Well if we do end up in Dahlonega (the spot I posted above) it's very easy to find with GPS, but I'll give out written directions too.

So with (right now) about 25 rigs I'm 80% sure we will end up in that spot because I don't really know of any others that could even hold half that except for an off-road park and that's a little too much for this group if you ask me haha

If the final location doesn’t have cell service, I might be able to assist others coming on Saturday with a convoy. Sounds like most of the possible sites are all around my old stomping grounds. So I’m pretty familiar with the area.

I want to get a We Boost rig! Awesome cell amplifier for camping in places without service

The spot is no pun intended spotty at best with service, sometimes you’ve got great service then it’s shitty. But it’s easy to get to honestly, one little spot that can get you lost but still easy

As long as you have a phone that has Maps or something you can get to it fine

If you look up Hawk Mountain (in Dahlonega) and it should come up.

Edit: so iPhone Maps sucks and doesn’t pick it up, but if you use Google Maps it does. Just don’t pick Hawk Mountain Shelter it won’t work
