What I have had the misfortune of learning, is that a lot of time, being right is not important, it is not the issue. The issue in their eyes is that someone's feelings have been hurt because of the way I talked to them. Had nothing to with the fact I yelled at them because they were about to get lit up with MV, even after being shown and warned about the danger and never mind the fact that they were somewhere they shouldn't of been.... Nope, it is all about these youngin's inability to take directions and then complain about being berated. Yet if this fuckwit got lit up by MV and died which would've been the outcome and then I would've been in the same shit anyway.
Fuck these little snowflake beeeearches and the parents that raised these trophy expecting participation douchebags....
    All that aside...

I'm happy, just really dislike reading about a fellow quinquagenarian being abused.
Our generation got stuck between the old school work expections and the 'new' touchie feelie world we live in today and we ain't close enough to retirement for the exit...
Nobody wants to train the youngin's to do physical work and everyone is expected to go to collage and at collage they tell the kids that once they graduate they will make mucho $$$$$ and then after 20+ years of being catered to, real world hits home and for some reason us older folks are the problem because now we have to try and unfuk their unreal entitlement expectations and speaking for me, don't do well in the empathy arena...

People dragging their feet and take up a whole aisle to get a can of soup! My response: a curt “excuse me” and push their cart out of the way and continue on. Or another one is the “Family Reunion” in the middle of the aisle!:frusty:
Have a good night and everyone in the north stay warm!

Hell if they delivered food I'd do that there too would never have to interface with people then. I got to pick out my own produce and meat though, so that is out.

Never did get above -6 today, fuckers lied. Weather fuckers always lie.

Never did get lunch either @kamakazie_1 knows all about that. Started at 6:30 and finished at ~5. Typical. Did get the driveway cleared right after work and it was still somewhat light out. Felt it was half assed until I went into town. Driveway is better than most roads in town, no salt or ice anywhere of course because it is too cold for it to work. But calcium chloride worked in my driveway  Supposed to get up to 12 tomorrow. Above zero. More snow Sunday and Tuesday.

    downtown snow removal.jpg

18" more by Thursday, they are already trucking it out of town going to be funner than it already is. -16 by morning. Snow is a bit squeaky walking and driving on it. February always seems to be a really long month. And March. Trout season opens in April, ice and snow don't matter then.

I quit having feelings long ago...except physical pain.

It's sad that you even know those words

    Fuck 'em. Let them sink

It would be better without that purple piece 'o shit on it. I am so glad none of my kids ever wanted to watch that crap...nothing but good old fashion violent cartoons for my boys. They turned out great and have an appreciation for falling anvils and spring loaded mallots.

    Good evening folks.
