i dig mine, had em' on my truck the first week i bought it. i have them set at 2.85" fro the max lift. just make sure you have the spring seat on the right way, some people during installation have made the mistake of installing the seat upside down which is kinda easy to do if not paying attention.

well, if i had my other set of tires now, i'd sell you these uniroyal laredo cross country tires that i have on my truck........only have 1k miles on them.

if you are gonna buy a new set.....spend the extra $ and get a set of michelin ltx m/s tires........they will last you a long time!

HA HA HA! That's ME! My tacoma is at Meineke right now cause they installed the spring seat upside down! I took in the shocks set at the 3rd ring from bottom which is 1.75" and they moved it to the bottom cause the spring seat was flipped and they couldn't fit it back in. Sure wished they CALLED me before continuing with the INCORRECT installation. So much for being "suspension specialist". Now they have to re-align it too. Fricken idiots!

You bet they're gonna not charge me, why take my name and number down if you're not gonna call me when you CHANGE my work order??? So stupid, if they have called me and said, "um, the shocks not gonna fit, we'll need to lower the lift" I would have asked all the right questions, spring seat installed properly? Bolts in the proper place? Is it upside down??? Seriously, it's not like I took it to the auto shop on the corner, I took it to a SUSPENSION shop, how can you just do the work not as requested and think your customer will accept it. I should know in an hour how everything turned out. The owner of the shop will be there and I'll give him a piece of my mind, after my truck is fixed though, don't need stupid revenge stuff done on my baby!

I explained to the owner that he needs to have better customer service and not inconvenience me by doing the job twice, I hate having them redo it cause they always scratch up the sticker on the shock, why can't they treat the parts better??? It's all scuffed up, lucky you can't see it from the outside... Other than that, it rides great and seems to be working as expected, now I just gotta add the rear shocks. I'll be doing those myself this weekend. Take care.
