The only slant back out there that looked good was the turtle back on the M998 series, and variations of said 998.

You mean the 1990's? The 1900's could mean you were tapping the cradle to get the operator on the line...lol. I used a "bag phone" in 1997 when I was pulling security for WTI in AZ...good times.

    Right on!

The bag was a friends, dads phone. I did have the old school pager though.

Am I showing my age with this crazy talk?

As of right now.... I’m pretty sure one other person here has used a rotary phone on a regular basis as a young whipper snapper. Or am I it?

    Damn! 07... that’s pretty good.

Yup. Don’t mess up the numbers dialed or you started over. Not like this back space stuff of today.

I came across this whamma jamma a few years ago.. Put it on the wall in the kitchen. Wife got a good laugh out of it till a girl friend called, and she had to stand there at it for a good 30 minuets.

The phone lasted 3 days before I got the, “it’s not funny anymore” from Boss Lady.

My youngest asked me if people were really listening, too. Of course I said yes. Gotta have fun with the kids while you can.

im not doing that much by any means. In my contract it states that any hours over 40 must be pre apporved by management. And even then, i dont make time and a half. I kind wish i did though lol
