What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Finally joined the “no-prop-rod” club this evening. One more item that should be standard equipment, meh, I’ll just do it myself I guess. Redline Tuning struts:





And this pile keeps growing too. I think I just need a couple add-a-fuse taps for the light bar and seat heaters and some heat shrink and I should be able to dive into my little wiring project. Need to make a list but I’m excited to get this added to the $250 speaker upgrade I did a few weeks ago.

 

I’m looking at the Leitner Designs rack for my DCSB but I’m thinking about a hard shell RTT. Those tents are usually pretty long so it would have to be high enough to clear the shark fin (and preferably a prinsu rack) over the cab on my 3rd gen short bed. Do you think this rack is high enough to clear either of those. Your roof rack seems higher than a prinsu

As far as my OEM Pro Taillights I paid 144.00 each New before Taxes from the dealership and have know complaints. Love the look.

 

Added a Leer 100R top today to my truck.


Added the Thule Track, Carpeted interior, and lock linked to the factory key fob.

 

I do the same thing every couple of months so I don't get any "stank". And here I thought I was the only one who sprayed Lysol in their intake vents.

Looks like the pelfreybilt one. Not sure if they are still available after all the shenanigans... @Mr.PowerTrays makes similar(and better IMO) ones though.

 

Still deciding and waiting for Meso custom turns and puddles to complete these. Top set is mine. If things work out there will be a new thread.

 

Did mine 2 summers ago. Took time because I knew how I wanted it and my wires are all fully covered and sealed.

First real snow of the year. Before today only 4 inches all winter and normal is 4-6ft. Expecting another 10-16 inches thru Monday morning.
