I've only had a couple of bad run-ins with ice since I moved to MO so far. When @Slashaar and I lived east of Jefferson City our apartment's parking lot was at a steep incline, and I assumed I wasn't going to be able to get my car out for work; didn't really want to try because I had never driven in ice or snow before. They sent Josh home from work early and I tried to cut my thumb off while making dinner, so we had to rush to Jeff in his grand am and on our way back, we slid down the parking lot a bit. Then during our first winter storm this year, 71 was an absolute shit show and around the Paseo theres a slight curve and everyone just started going sideways, I went from the middle lane to the fast lane, and the person in the fast lane tapped me and slid past me on the left shoulder, and ahead of us was just a pile of cars. They handle snow and ice pretty well here in MO though if you give them time. Usually within a day of a storm I've never really had issues with road conditions so I'm thankful for that.

eyooooooo! I hope that's all it needed, haha. greasing wouldn't be a bad idea when the weather gets warmer though. I need to take my door apart and grease my window at some point; not looking forward to it.

Maybe had some ice/grit/grime built up in the joints and the wash freed it up.

Sure do, now whenever Josh needs a change/refill, he can hit me up and I'll have some!

Yeah, it really didn't look bad at all, but maybe looks were deceiving. I was going to tackle the shaft next if greasing up didn't work, lol.

Man, I'm so stoked. Drove the truck around some more, went to an closed down K-mart parking lot after a QT stop and slid around on the ice. The parking lot was COVERED solid. No traction whatsoever, lol. Best part was feeling how smoothly I could turn whatever way.
