No, there won't be a clear cut answer on this since it depends on so many factors with the dealer and area. BUT...

Are any of y'all seeing prices below 38 for such a setup? A loaded one with auto, 5 ft bed, and some tint in my area has an msrp for over 43k and is marked down to 40.5k (That is way to close to a spec'd out full size in price for me to still consider a mid size).

I am just wondering if it is possible to get these down between 35-38.

Get a quote at freeman in Santa rosa they are near you and have been a good place in the past. I got one there at 31.5 prior to TTL but without premium so I would say 35-38 is doable.

My 19 short bed OR 4x4 auto with tech package was $34995 it does not have premium package but plain without tech was $33995 so I said why not for a little extra it has been the only one I found so far in that configuration as I keep an eye out locally here in Florida.

That is good to know, seems doable then. I have my eye on those 2020s but wonder how much those fancy extras are going to up the price.
