Just sad this is still a issue after 3 years in production though.

Because if you over torque and snap a bolt, you completely void your warranty.

+5 ft/lbs is not enough to do any damage at all.

Maybe, maybe not, also if they happen to see any Mark's (tool marks) on the nuts, since I believe they are marked.... they will void a warranty. Ask me how I know.:D

Personally I would give it a little longer to see if it becomes a bigger issue. It’s under warranty either way so you might as well give it some time

This is my thoughts. I know it’s supposed to be 18ft pounds but don’t want to mess with it and them not cover it.

Will they give me any issues about my lift? 2 inches in the front and a 1.5 inch block in the rear.

I saw mine like that, took it in and they fixed it no questions asked. They replaced the seal and everything.

The less the dealer messes with your truck the better

No this doesnt have anything to do with the lift. Mine looked worse before and during my lift install. After the lift was installed I took it in.

My 2017 off-road with 20k miles has the same exact wet spots and it started recently. Will be taking mines in. Had an 2017 sr5 that I had to lemon because it would never stop dripping fluid. Hopefully this one doesn’t do the same....

Was it the rear diff as well that the lemon law was used on?

Is 18ft # correct for rear diff. bolts?
