I can’t get my union out anymore it just free spins now

My rear locker was having issues and I didn’t want the stealership to blame it on the relocation mod so I tried to take it out before I had to take it into Toyota to have my locker rebuilt and repaired and I couldn’t get the union out it would just spin

20190210_102330.jpg Woke up to this in the driveway this morning :D
I had posted here previously as "Kraft Doner" but it was bugging me that it looked like I misspelled donair and apparently it's not cool to have spaces in your username :p So, new truck - new account! She's a little rough around the edges with 304 kms but there's a new frame tucked in under there and the 4.0 is going strong. First mod is reversing the "muffler delete" performed by the previous owner, does anyone have a spare stocker laying around they would be willing to sell?

That truck looks awesome. What's the details on those wheels?

    Thanks I like yours too.

Wheels are American Racing knock-offs I guess.20190210_114649.jpg There's a little bear paw logo* stamped on the back and they say made in USA. Clear coat is peeling but they look pretty sweet on the truck.

*edit: on closer inspection this is actually just the number 80 lol

They look like the RTX Offroad rims my truck had when I bought it. Couldn't run them without spacers so they had to go. I'm currently looking for a steel rim I can run 285s on without spacers.

You bought yours new? I'll have to go get a set and paint them before the new tires need to happen

I'd like to get a new set, not sure where they sell. Also haven't even looked yet.

I think you might be right. Guy I bought it off said they only just clear the calipers - maybe TRD have bigger brakes.

Bought a new muffler and fitted it this afternoon, bad news is with the added back pressure the flanges between the cats are now leaking (I checked the cats themselves for holes before I bought it but didn't even think to look at the flanges). smh

I feel like we need to organize a Meet & Greet/camping weekend/trails day sometime this spring. Who would be interested and what would you guys prefer? I'm down for any option myself. I feel like we could make it a yearly thing and try to get as many scotians (or whoever else wants to come and join us) together as possible. Gives everyone a chance to get together and compare builds/have a great time. We could even use it as a chance to learn about some great local trails by having it in a different location every year. Either way, I'm always down for a weekend or day trip offroad in the taco.

I think this is an awesome idea. Having said that, I think I am already booked for most weekends in April and half of May so there's a good chance I'll miss out :(. Don't let me slow you down though!

Regular. It is a low compression lazy truck motor. Zero requirement for anything higher.

Thanks for the update, I had been wondering if that was still a problem.
