    One thing I didn’t expect would happen from getting in shape, was the mental strength and confidence that comes with it. Being able to conquer a daily challenge like saying no to certain foods and getting up and going to the gym really does mold you into a stronger human. Something so simple has such massive effects.

    4:30 is my normal time for waking up for work.

    2:30 is when I wake up so I can goto gym before work.

    Yeah...I forgot to put in there that I did Quad Extensions 3 sets of 12 at 100lbs.

    After that my legs were done. I’m not as in shape as some of the rest of you guys... I’m definitely going to give it a shot though.

    Last night cheat meal post leg day #2... Appetizer Poutine with brisket. Big fat burger with sweet potato fries. Dessert was fire grilled smore's with Reese instead of chocolate. Fuck that was good.
