    Hey TW! Long time lurker here. I absolutely love the 3rd gen tacoma and I think I just got the push I need to buy one. My current truck is great and has been extremely reliable, 1995 f250 7.3 diesel. But my trans just started leaking at the front seal. It's 5k for a new trans or 5k on a down payment for a new tacoma. Decisions decisions! I'm leaning towards the tacoma since my career is starting to take off this year. Any thoughts?

    I'm definitely leaning the tacoma direction. I've never bought a vehicle from a dealership and always paid cash for my vehicles. So I'm a little intimidated by going there and getting a bad deal. I've never had a truck note either and I honestly have no idea how much something like that would be for a 35k truck

    The ranger just doesn't appeal to me like the new tacoma. I do love fords but only the older ones at this point. There aren't many new vehicles that I fall in love with once I see them. When I first saw a 3rd gen in quicksand color I knew I had to have one!
