ow my head. Night sledding party on my street had about 70 people at one point. half of them kids. My neighbors are rad. We are still not allowing them to plow the street so we can continue sledding "dead mans hill". Cops even showed up. I think they saw all the kids and just left.

 

Swapped my tie rod end finally....might as well do it in the snow.


And thanks for the great people at Moog who cant even tap a zerk fitting correctly, I was reminded I need to get my Starret tap wrench warrantied. Nothing like trying ot tap something when it wont even hold the tap straight

 

If I die and go to hell I’ll be working on my truck in the snow and breaking out the tap and die set to fix threads, also I ‘d have to listen to the B-52’s, Weezer and The Eagles mixed and on repeat all day every day...hey, you’re only living with half of my version of hell, I still feel for you man!

 

I need to do that too, but theres no way in hell im doing it in the snow.

 

Ill take doing it in the snow over the rain. Plus its only a 20 minutes job so better to just get it done.

But Im weird I guess. I could really give rats ass about the cold, snow, whatever preventing me from doing stuff

I have a metal plate on my collar bone, it also dislikes the cold

My brother has metal pins in his ankle, he can feel when the barometric pressure changes and tell you when it’s going to rain

 

Get that checked out. I hurt my shoulder flipping an ATV when I was 19; couldn't lift my arm either and ended up tearing my rotator cuff. Still bothers me after physical therapy several times 16 years later.

 

Used the icy/snowy road conditions around my neighborhood to get some driving experience in for the 15 year old daughter. Her car is an xDrive AWD BMW, it and she did quite well. I wish the conditions were just a bit worse actually, could only find one spot that had enough margin for error to do slide corrections......

I showed her some videos of Dirtfish, and she's like "hell yeah, I want to do that!"

 

I was on Pike st. last night trying to find some food, watched a beams attempting to floor it up a blocked off street. Everyone with their cameras out. Literally crawled up it in 2wd and my Duracraps.

 

I'm going to mix a drink and go sledding with the kids again.

Never done them. I didnt know it was that easy

 

It's a great time, but forget everything you know about drifting on pavement. Had to relearn how to drift in the dirt with AWD subarus vs high powered RWD german cars.
