well, good luck w/ that....1st gens use a 168 bulb w/ a condom on it...!!;)

also, you can most likely scrap away the amber film on the backside of the plastic protecting the clock, but you will then have to tint the plastic to get it the color you want. there is no way to change the clock color directly...and im almost postive that you will not be able to get a white clock, as whatever those things they use for the clock are called are normally a blueish/green color (at least thats what they are on the 2nd gens)

Instead of driving to Redondo Beach, Can I ship it to you and you ship it right back? How much would it cost for the cluster and the a/c controls and clock?

Looking at the pics being posted, I'm seeing some that don't have the red lines on the high end of the tach and temp guages. Is this a preference or something not working?

not quite sure what you mean by backlight? there is a single LED that illuminates all of the entire row of gear indicators...is that what you are talking about?

They are so cheap, I ordered 1 or 2 extra of each color I wanted, incase I changed my mind on colors.

I just gave the extras to Josh.

i have a few extras of blue/white (from cool people like ocaron), so no worries. some people dont order enough so i hook them up and some have extras left over and give them to me so i can hook others up, so all the tacos owners get taken care of!
