Does anyone's rear reservoirs have these weird crack paint look on them? They're not overtorqued or anything but both sides look this at less than a month old and haven't beat on them yet? When it's cooler out (coldest was 35F), the cracks are less visible.

Went with red and 90 deg off the main body in the rear and valved for the extra weight of all the mods on my truck. Had @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc order them with the coils off so i could have them powdercoated. Also primed and rattle canned the resi mount.

Yeah it's weird. There's no leaks or anything just got ugly. The temps only get around 40F-59F daily so not really cold at all.

Just got my kings installed, and the uca I received had to have a washer made a bit thinner and jammed in between the UCA and the coil bucket. Should I be worried about it? I'm also hearing a bit of clunking on the passenger side.

What kind of UCA? Mine was challenging while installing them too cause the delrin bushings on the Baja Kits UCA didn't flex much.

Lsk, it's just the fact they picked a thinner washer and jammed it in there

There's a way to get the washers in. You'd have to the centers at the same time.IMG_20190125_125432.jpg
Or use a hotel key card to guide it in there. I wasn't about to install a thinner washer although I thought about it. Lol.

Will I run into any issues running a thinner washer?

I honestly wouldn't know. Best bet is to ask the manufacturer. I'm sure they serve a purpose other than positioning the bushings. Mine were a like a gold color similar to the higher grade bolts. Tensile strength maybe?
