    Another convert! :bananadance::thumbsup:

    Are you AT or MT? We love all kinds here but there are different threads that can help you along in your travels.

    If MT you should seriously consider eliminating your accumulator. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/mt-accumulator-delete-mod-adm-and-bs-thread.568303/

    I’m still waiting patiently for a version of 1.05 that works on my truck but I’m proud to say that my 1.04R tune is still giving me 0 misfire counts lol

    I can’t WAIT for mine to get here too. I think I’m going to buy a cheap computer just to keep in the truck with the files.

    Depends what you are trying to do. If you want fancy bling and gauges to display on your phone, there are plenty of apps for you. If you want hard data, Techstream (what your dealer uses to talk to your truck) is the answer.

    You can find sources for techstream a few pages back in this thread.

    I was thinking of doing that too! I was wondering if a tablet like this would do the trick for the files.. I have all Apple stuff unfortunately so I am going to need a windows laptop

    link to the actual product? My only issue with windows machines with 64Gb of storage is that they have very little room for windows updates. Otherwise they will be fine for tuning as long as you don't have high expectations for speed.

    Had some fun today on 1.05 base (87 octane)

    Looking forward to the updates. I can tell that there’s a tad bit of lugging in 4WD high (probably could’ve used 4-low in some spots) in the snow today. Really looking forward to improve response. The throttle just feels a bit weak, or mushy to what I know Mat will improve.

    The new flash manager is going to be slick with manual download capability.

    The only one with tracks in the snow this high...very peaceful

    The bluetooth adapters below are for use with phones,either droid or apple based and the OBD Fusion or Torque apps. The tune requires a windows operating system or Mac running bootcamp. You can run Techstream for live data and logging with your tune tablet/laptop+ OVtune cord and OBDII adapter. If you want the dashboards you will need to do that via bluetooth w/phone/tablet+app.

    Or you just disable updates. Then you don’t have to worry about it borking itself :)

    I'm not saying it's not possible. I just want to curb expectations for incoming MAC users. Windows loves to use your HD to it's fullest extent.

    Vanilla windows will run easily on 32Gb of HD/SSD storage, but when it wants to do updates, you may run into issues.

    I couldn't find this answered anywhere, I dont believe I have the newest TSB ECU update. Does that matter with getting the OVtune? Are there different versions of the the tune for TSB and pre-TSB flashes?
