Tested conductivity with the multimeter and it had conductivity where it needed; sheild to ground end on fire ring; center to hot side of fire ring; tested assembled and disassembled and both had same results. No conductivity between center and shield cb side; or hot to ground fire ring side.

I am running with a 10 inch mic extension. But I pulled the extension out and hooked the mic up directly and it was still silent on the cb. Im getting the feeling it’s the radio unit itself.

Any local cb shops in northwest ct? Looking to pick up a new one I guess; cobra 19 dx iv.

Can anyone tell me why google works on the computer, but when I send the directions to the phone (Android) google always sucks?
Last 2 times I tap the link to open the directions & get 'unable to find any routes'. 3-5 times before that it has / has attempted to take me beyond my destination to some random google advertiser physical location. I now memorize, or write out directions before leaving knowing Google will screw me somehow enroute. Today I memorized & wrote the directions, good thing as google couldn't find a route & my written directions had street names, but there were no street signs.

Have you tried using Waze?

 

I did try it a year + ago. Only mildly annoying, but a data hungry pig.
Guess it's time to revisit.

Just a stealthbox because I didn't want to mess with getting a box made, but this is like double a stealthbox and would have been great. Also cheaper. Good luck with everything selling, I am sure someone will grab it. What you moving to after the taco?

I got myself into another Jeep. 2014 SRT8.

The truck was just so underpowered and I can still tow the landscape trailer with the Jeep.
