Thanks, a lot of time goes into rebuliding 30 year old parts that are not made for what they are going on.
The caster and pinion angles were wrong so I had to cut and turn the knuckles 10 degrees.

I finally got around to finishing my breakfast nook after far longer than I am willing to admit. I am by no means a carpenter or even really consider myself "good" at wood working. I'm far too anal and a perfectionist for stuff like this because I critique my work more than I actually get anything accomplished and I end up hating what I made. But, the wife wanted it and we needed more kitchen storage space so alas, here it is. I will say after its all said and done I am pretty pleased with how it turned out. Now to finish up a few more house project and get that bitch sold!

Also, the hinges and pieces do close all the way for you a holes that bring that up. Paint was still drying to I had them propped open so the paint didn't seal them.

 

there are 10 Alabama players on the Iron, btw.
and only 8 LSU players on Express.
