FTFY. 4x4's were W-Series trucks. The D-series was the 4x2's.
But God that's a clean Power Wagon...

Makes mine look like a rust bucket

Mine is very clean...for a New England truck. Unfortunately, that disclaimer means that she still has rusty spots. BUT---she's going under the knife this spring to have the cancer cut out, new sheet metal welded in, and a fresh paint job (keeping the same color green, though). So she should be nice and purdy for the Chrysler Nationals at Carlisle this summer. The GF and I are planning on making it down there this year, since the truck will be 50.

@Noelie84. The previous owner converted it to 4x4 with a drivetrain from a 79 150. He also did all the body work. By the time I bought it the parts he used for the conversion were worn out so I updated the drivetrain. I installed Dana 60/70 axles from a 91 diesel W250, disc brakes on the Dana 70, crossover steering with a 66-77 Bronco steering box and I’m rebuilding a 727/205 set from a 89 W250. Also has 4” front springs and 35” KM3s.

No, I'm having the work done. I can weld, but not well enough to do body panel sheet metal. I may handle the cab mounts myself, since they're out of sight and they'll be getting covered with POR-15 and rubberized undercoat (for some soundproofing) anyway, but the actual body panel work I'm leaving to a pro.

Aha, a custom job. That changes things, then. What motor do you have in it? The 383?

Saw this guy last summer at Dirtfish....

And just happened to see him driving in the snow this morning by my apartment.
Unfortunately there was no time to get a picture

All over the place, then. Sharp-looking truck, regardless
