I am sure they already have a contract with them and have spent plenty of money designing what will be the product. It'll happen, keep waiting.

 

Let's put on our thinking caps here, you are suggesting that he cancel the order with whoever he purchased these through, find another vendor for whatever the handhelds are and start the process over again instead of just continuing to wait for them to show up? Great idea.

 

Well the past ETA's for the handhelds are....past. What's the plan?; wait until...when? If whatever they're waiting for isn't working, yes, absolutely go another direction.

Also, what is the most recommended app for logging now? I see a lot of you guys mentioning techstream, Carista, obfusion. Where do I start?

 

So everyone should just silently wait? It's out of bounds to ask for an update? I'll keep asking until they either show up or TW bans me for asking.

 

Just got my truck back from body shop (2 weeks see my other thread) and it runs better on 87 1.05 because they had the battery disconnected for an extended period of time!

 

Do you get a robo response for every email to them confirming receipt?

I did for the first two I sent. Did not get one for the last.

 

I use obd fusion. It's better than torque and uses a bluetooth adapter.

If you want to not spend anymore money you can log with techstream but that requires the cable to be plugged in. I prefer the wireless bluetooth to my mounted tablet

 

Did you move MainMenu file to bin directory?

 

Does it work with iPhone instead of tablet?

 

There is a version that works on Apple but you're going to pay a lot more for the Bluetooth adapter . apple is a bunch of dicks

 

Apple doesn’t control the cost of aftermarket ads-ons

 

They do however control how the Bluetooth in their phones works. Recall they didn't even enable it until people complained enough. The hardware was there, they just refused to support it. Or maybe I'm thinking of the Ipod touch.....
