Just an FYI for the uninformed....

iPhones and ODB Fusion only work with a WiFi ODB adapter. No Bluetooth. Of course, once you’re connected to the adapter, you can’t access Google Maps or stream over LTE, as your phone thinks you’re on WiFi.

    Gonna order this!

Looks like this is one of a few that will work with iOS via Bluetooth instead of WiFi.

He has been updating by saying he's waiting on the vendor. He probably shouldn't of said anything about handhelds until he had them in stock.

Your comparison Has absolutely nothing to do with anything. I paid 9 bucks for my adapter. I'm not going to pay more for an adapter I don't need or pay even more for a cell phone that's inferior

    It was a joke man.

If you have an Android you can get a cheaper adapter. If you have iOS your options are more limited if you want to use Bluetooth instead of WiFi. Pretty simple. Nobody asked you to buy a new adapter or phone, he was just posting it because people were talking about how having to use the WiFi instead of Bluetooth with iOS sucked.

Inferior phone lol. Do us all a favor and don't be one of those guys that starts Android vs Apple pissing matches out of nothing.

So is OBD Fusion what you guys use to log to send to Mat?

And can you access other functions like in techstream such as “all door locks” and what not.

Not sure on the logs Mat wants but you CAN NOT use fusion to change setting like Carista or Techstream.

Mine did on android. I was able to use Carista with the one i already had. BUT if you have the dongle for OVTune then techstream will do everything Carista will and not cost you anything extra. Carista has a subscription fee.
