 I really think black PCB boards would make them stealth AF.
So I take it you are going to add some wiring for the cargo lights? Manually controlled, or just tap off the dome light?
4X red brake lights would be pretty darn bright.

Yeah, I need to find out from Product Dev team about black boards... last I checked we were going to do that, but now we have new LEDs but no black boards so I don't know what happened.

I'm not sure on the wiring yet haha. I have cargo lights flush mounted in the bedsides near the tailgate and they're on a switch that is in one of my bed cubbies. So I want to tie them into that switch, but I also don't want to run 30 feet of wiring for that. We shall see. I am also toying with the idea of doing two ambers instead of white and having them on a switch inside for rear facing dust lights - but I gotta see if the angled design will be conducive to that first. I have too many ideas haha.

So when you pull the 3rd break light out does it just unplug from the harness? If so can you buy the connector with pig tails.

I have not sourced the OEM connector, so you will have to tap into the stock brake wiring harness. I'm working out that detail at the moment...

    It's getting there.
God I can't wait for this for my 3rd gen AC. I'd really love to see the two/down two straight back design of the Baja model in the KC lights. Shit I even bought the KC lights last year when you developed the original before I read the thread and realized it wouldn't fit my AC.

Agreed. I painted my boards and screw heads based on your recommendation and they came out great!ADA67C82-83F7-44CC-8AA3-1ED0203CFD2A.jpg4BF7DAD2-8F8A-470A-A34F-92E6F72E1046.jpg

@mesojdm Any chance the NMO antenna mount will be incorporated into the Baja Designs brake light? Or at least offered as an option in your final product?
