I'm the only pilot in our office trained and certified to fly in conditions like today so I had to come in regardless but if I'm not flying, I'm not getting paid.

so after futher inspection paint taken off and that was it. some sanding,little bit of filler,primer,sanding ,base coat, then clear and it'll be fixed
