I was in my 4 cylinder a few years back (my dad was driving and it was still his at the time), and he swerved to keep from hitting a deer. Overcorrected, rear end fish-tailed and we were drifting down the side of the road at 55mph. Somehow by the grace of god he drove his way out of that one without an issue. I thought we were gonna roll.. Had to change my drawers after that one lol

Needless to say though, i am the same way, i will not swerve for anything unless it's a kid.. everyone else better watch out or hope my brakes are working good..

I don't swerve either, I will hit my brakes with all I can to stay in control.

Same here, i will slam the breaks with all they've got and just hope for the best.

I almost hit a man at Toyota of boerne a couple weeks ago lol.. i was pulling in the front (i was turning around a blind corner), and he walked right out in front of me in the road and didnt look.. Threw on the brakes just in time, but scared the daylights out of him. Glad i was paying attention, it could've ended a lot worse..

Well, if you are in a smallish Kia Niro, you swerve and brake. Did that for a lone deer coming back from Fburg last week. I scared him off the road. Wasn't 5 seconds after we got going two full size PU with grill guards barreled past well over speed limit. Obviously they thought I just did that for fun!

Hey everyone! New to the area and wondering if there was a wrench day or anything. I'm about to pull the trigger on a lift kit and I have no clue how to install myself or even have the tools I would need. Would any one be willing to help or could recommend a place to have it installed. I have talked to 4 wheel parts and most of the other truck shops here everyone wants to either put blocks on or charge $1,000 for the install. Any help would be appreciated. Pic of my truck currently

    Welcome and good looking rig...

Nothing on the books that I know of, but we can plan a date to get you set up and get you to only part with some beer and laughter to get that installed. What kind of lift you looking to install?
