Foot in my mouth. That was the shortest outage that we ever had.

Power outages are frequent here and can last days. Generator is a nice addition for long winter nights.

10yrs ago it was really bad and we almost bought one for the refrigerators. The county got serious about trimming around the lines after that. Things have been going south the past year or so though. It might be time to rethink the generator. That Honda clone at HF has been on my radar for camping also. But, it looks like we're hosed on taxes this year.

Mine runs everything but the stove and heat pump. Have woodstove for heating. I'm in the mountains so not high priority for power repairs. Lost power for 11 days once and many times for 2 to 3 days.

Nice. To me, that seems worth it to get out of the nuthouse around here. I've been trying to convince the wife that it makes sense.

We got a fair bit here. The banana was from this morning, probably closer to 15 inches now

All this shitty wet snow made me realize that even 33's aren't big enough sometimes.
