    100% Matt at Rocky mountain window tint in livermore. I just took my truck their and he did a great job. All my fam and friends go to him. Only problem with him is that sometimes hes pretty booked up, as he is a one man operation I believe.Other than that A+ quality and hes also into offroading. After I picked up my truck he started talking to me about it, turns out he has a bad ass mercedes unimog that hes building and wheeling with

    I will verify that Rocky Mountain is the best in the East bay for sure. Have had several cars and trucks done there and he is a no nonsense don't mess around kind of guy. Gets the job done right. You might have to wait for an appt. but worth it for sure.
