They're really nice and probably cost a ton to make. I just can't pay that much when I can find something for far less

I'll just cut up some rectangle tube, cut a radius on it for the pipe to cradle in, box it in and weld some nuts on it. Done. Probably cost me $30 for all 4

 

I think I found my camper rails. I don't know if I could make my own for that price.

You could just do solid side panels instead of having them contoured .

The thing is though for materials to be economical you need to buy that flat stock in 20' lengths

 

A 12 ft piece of aluminum was gonna cost me close to $100. I'd rather pay an extra $100 and have it match my Minsu rack

Gotta get the bike first. I made a post in the thread to get a shipping quote. It shouldn't be too bad. Even at $250 total, I don't think that's too bad.
