you have a point, but I liked the look and I already added a 12V socket, USB ports and 110 to the back of my center console so I wasn't missing out on any options just made life a little bit cleaner for my uses

 

The Tacoma didn't have to be pushed into the shop.

 

I've done several mods on my truck and I have to say the toughest one thus far was to install the UCA'S. Having to remove that long bolt was a major headache and to answer your question I felt like shooting that trucks arm off ( in my mind of course). I'm not that mechanically inclined but if you ever consider of changing out your UCA's be warned. Unless of course you have an easier way of doing it please share it for the folks here. Those damn YouTube videos didn't make it seem that difficult.

 

Yea it was a PITA. having to bend out the wheel well a bit and going through all that wiring and what not in the engine bay was chore. got it done though, happy the liner in the wheel well is covering the worst of it. ill take some rhino liner and spray that area to get rid of some of those scratches.

no, your product is great. I installed your light, but didnt like the way it was setting in there, the wire was bound or something, so I tried to unclip the plastic mount from the roof and broke a clip holding it up.

It definitely looks cleaner. Not too crazy about the cover though. Kind of pointless if it’s not exposed to weather.

Cover is optional. If you don't like it you can remove it prior to install.

It was Rough Country... approx. 3 inches in front and 2 inch spacers in back.

Quality is really good and while the "TOYOTA" lettering comes with it you have to install that in the grill. It's one piece that screws in with 4 screws. I did not get the garnish as I don't have TSS but there is a removable blank where it would go. One other thing: it ships from China and it took 2-3 weeks to arrive. They do provide a tracking number though so you can at least see where it is.
