I just installed the 05-11 version of that grill on my '06. I painted the surround to match the truck. I didn't use the marker lights. Fitment was pretty good. Not 100% perfect but pretty close.

Dang! Looks great! What product did you use for the color match surround? Our silvers are different (Silver streak mica vs. silver sky metallic) but would like to paint my chrome one to match.

    Thanks.
I used Duplicolor stuff. Adhesion promoter, perfect match paint, then clear coat. I wet sanded and polished the clear coat after a day of drying

Here is a link for it on eBay. It did come with the lights, I just chose not to use them. The seal on it seems to fit well and is secured on the grill nicely as well.
Here's a pic from the side to see the seal and the alignment with the hood.

That's nicely done. I was considering going this route but the cheapskate in me wanted to find a reason to have alone time in the garage so I zawzalled my OEM and went with the satoshi route.

Did yours come with the letters or did you add them? Looking at the listing it doesn’t say anything about them, but I’m liking the way that looks.

They do not come with the Toyota letters. You’ll have to those separately.
Mine did only b/c I bought it used and the PO had put the old FJ Toyota logo on the grill insert

I don't know, I used to like the taco raptor grill look but I recently saw the new Ranger with the grill and it was a complete turn off.
