Folks with OEM Fender Flares - Photos of mounting points?

So I grabbed an SR5 and figured hell, I'm gonna dump money into it any way might as well not go with the TRD kit. Turns out, I really dig the OEM Fender Flares. I went in to Toyota Parts and they said they can order them but probably not install them.

Apparently, the pegs take a special square mount and they said the SR5 might not have those. I don't want to be too creepy on some of the trucks I've seen parked with them. Anyone mind snapping some photos of where / how those mount? It looks like my truck has the right holes, but I'd hate to order them without knowing prior if I'll need a body shop. They guy at Toyota said to just slap some double sided tape on them and I...really don't like the sound of that haha.

Ah, ok that definitely isn’t on mine. I was looking at some mounting below in the wheel well. Guess I’ll have to chat with a body shop - thanks!

 

I would imagine a ton of 3M double sided tape should do the trick

How much you sellin those flares for? Willing to ship?

 

I’ve heard they get damaged to easy to ship.

 

@sprjr Just for clarification, do you have an SR5 or SR? OP states SR5, profile header (left of post) says SR. The SR most certainly doesn't have the mounting holes. I have an SR5 and am going to be swapping out my flares with the OR flares sometime this week, but am expecting mounting holes.

That would be news to me. I am under the impression that all 3rd gen SR5 come with color matched fender flares.

 

Kinda rare but they do exsist.

 

Dealer said its an SR5, I think my profile flair is incorrect. That being said, now I'm gonna go double check to confirm. Either way - I definitely do *not* have flares on it.

Yea, so I definitely also have an SR5 (had too look it up) and I don’t have the mounting points or flares. Odd, but sounds like I have to do a body shop or tape.

For folks lookin to buy flares here there is a flares trade thread in B/S/T as well!

My recent price quote on OEM ones from Toyota was about $950 for all four...
