Sounds like it's time for:

 

I got a couple stories (not too bad, but laughable)

1st story


Picture about sums it up.
He was a pretty cool neighbor (Lived there in the middle of town for just over 2 years after I got married). It never bothered me (he was good and played a lot of AC/DC, Eagles, etc. ), but he kept a drum set on his front porch during the summer months; (surprisingly nobody ever stole them given the amount of druggies in that part of town) that he would play along to the music he would blast (mostly on the weekends).

2nd story


Fast forward and we moved ~4 years ago into my parents old house (on the nicer side of town where all the doctors & lawyers live. Plus my in-laws, they like me better than their own daughter , are a block down from us), but the one side of the duplex next to me was rented at the time (the other side moved out because of them). They too were your typical druggies (only ones in the neighborhood) with different people/vehicles coming and going at all times of the day. The cops had them under surveillance (they were only little fish) but only got called when the kids got left out/alone a couple times (No CPS). No real violence other than a screaming match that they had once outside. After about a year living there, one day when they weren't home and I was sitting on the front porch, their 2 dogs got loose by breaking through the screen on a window left open (3rd floor dormer on the front of the house). The first dog bounced off the front porch roof and fell to the ground (it was fairly nice dog and I was able to grab it and tie it up at the back of the house). Meanwhile the second dog follows the first, but doesn't jump down to the porch, but walks out onto the roof and keeps looking over the side for his pal. It went back inside and came out a few times, but finally gave up looking and went back inside (thankfully before something bad happened to it). One of my other neighbors came out and knew the landlord (I guess) and called them. The renters got kicked out a couple weeks later (because they were not supposed to have pets) and the landlord hasn't rented it since, but uses it himself from time to time.

 

I'll have some of what he's having!

Yep, I just hit this point last week. My upstairs neighbor used to be like a ghost, but they moved, and now I must be living below what I can only imagine is a kettle bell crazed crossfit enthusiast. Burpees and Kettlebells rattling the walls for a good hour every night. then plays fetch with her dog at like 1130. The sound of dog nails on hardwood floors really travel.

 

You should get a dog whistle.

 

If she wasn't hot as balls, I might up the retaliation.

update to the restraining order.

I served the woman Friday night. Yesterday morning the in laws caught two of her friends driving down the street and parked at the end and got out and looked around quickly then got in and left. A bit later another friend drove up did the same. Then later the 2nd vehicle driver walked down the street with her dogs staring at the house. Hour later returned and left a note from the person with the restraining order in their mailbox and left.

Police were called as its 0 contact, whether by 3rd party and/or letter. Police visited her house and were going to arrest her for violating the RO but my MIL said just cite and release her to show her this is serious and to stop being stupid.

Personally i would have just had her arrested and let her deal with it and learn the hard way.

lets see what today brings.

EDIT: all on their personal cameras which the footage was handed over to PD.

PD also visited the first two parties as well and told them to cut the shit, you're being watched.

i just cant believe this 70 year old woman is this stupid. Now shes posted info about feral cats on NextDoor and constantly saying "dont hurt them." No one is hurting them, you dumb bitch.

 

Maybe she’d like a workout partner. Bet that’s a compromise you could live with.
