essentially it is a tea of sorts, In Argentina Uruguay Paraguay they drink it a ton, been drinking it for as long as I can remember

a dried herb that is traditionally service in the cup (matte) the straw (bombilla) the herb (yerba)

it is traditionally shared, so you have one and between you and whoever you are with it is passed back and forth
(sharing straws seemingly frowned upon in the usa lol)

it has recently become very popular and found regularly out on the pitch and in training rooms I see

you can usually find it at supermarkets that carry things from other countries, and also ebay or Amazon as well.


drink enough of it though and it will clear you right out, wont matter who or how you prepare it lol

in Argentina if you had to stay up late at night studding you would drink it
but pretty much just found on the table 24/7 from early am breakfast time and on
very popular with the gauchos and truck drivers working long hours without food or rest
you can also get it in tea bags, but that is called mate cocido, it is a bit different

Got ESPN + but it doesn’t stream CL games

More channels than you know what to do with. But, with any streaming service you always run the risk of sometimes some of the channels not work. But you should still be able to watch anything at about any given time.

Has all of the movie channels, tons of sports channels, soccer, etc.

Worth it just for soccer alone. You can do monthly, 3 months, 6, or a year.
