I've been going back and forth between gray and black. I was leaning towards the gray because of the gray interior. But the black looks pretty good.

I think the black show dirt more. My son has black in his Jeep and they are dirty ALL THE TIME. Of course, he's a 24 year old teenager and never cleans anything.....

Well, the other day I went to our local 4WP pricing out tires and the salesman said that they would do price matching if I found a set cheaper than they could get em for. While in the store I looked at their Smittybilt winch selection and saw the X20 listed at $430, when I get home I started doing some research and somehow came across the SAME EXACT winch on Amazon for like $350 shipped. The next day I went back up to 4WP and asked if they could do a price match on that winch. I waited for word from their regional office and 10 minutes later, BLAM new Smittybilt for more than $100 off after taxes and whatnot. Seemed like a good deal to me.

The sales guy said that, that business that listed that particular ad on Amazon apparently buys bulk from 4WP and then resells the winches for cheaper or something but was recently banned from that. I got back on Amazon a few minutes ago to try and find the ad I originally found but no luck.:annoyed:

Someone must've caught on to my cheap lowballing :p

Thanks man! I knew I'd have to invest in a short throw after my first drive down the street with the tap handle in, lol

Screenshot_20190213-020023~2.jpg Did my first "rescue mission" in the EXTREMELY rare roughly 4 inches of snow tonight. It literally never snows here. Roommate's 350Z had no hope of making it home, so I helped him and a 1st Gen owner get home. Was pretty fun and the Nittos worked great! One pic for proof lol

I bought my wife the black weather techs. They do show salt really bad in the winter, basically white right now. If I did it again, I wouldn't change a thing. They clean up real easy with Dawn and water, then I hit them with some 303 and back to new. :)

The same shit everyone else has.
    Yesterday.

Swapped the Atrac switch over to a red LED.

Changed the light bar switch over to red LEDs as well.

I started on my tailgate power popper. Think my ideas gonna work.

Also ordered a new set of ditch lights. Updating the old pods to a set of side shooter pods.

Man, o' man. Hope Misery gets snow like this on Friday/Saturday. Tired of this dusting.

Black weathertechs here too. Easy to pop out, hang on a clip at the car wash, and wash it as part of your truck as well. I don't mind the dirt on the liners.. that's why I bought them.. to keep the dirt off my carpet instead.

It ended up being between 5 and 6 inches by 5 am. Power's out and a line is down right next to my parents house. But on the bright side, it'll make for a fun day I'm sure! It hasn't snowed like this here in at least 10 years. We usually get about 1 inch like every 2 or so years. Which also means nobody is prepared for it haha

Sounds like our neck of the woods despite being in the middle of everything. We get dustings, maybe 2-3 inches once a year, but it has never felt like "Christmas" so to speak.

Last Wednesday evening into Thursday morning was a snow and ice storm together... until around, I want to say, like midnight or so, a thunderstorm and a tornado warning decided to make an appearance. When I woke up for work and heard about that, my brain told me to stay home. (Had tight power steering at the time, so wasn't risking my truck's life.)
