Soft close is internet for like a normal auction where someone can bid right before the last call for bids. In this case as long as they bid before the 3:00 mark of close they add 3:00 min and so on and so on.

 

I've been to many auctions and it happens quite a bit. It's funny too when someone buys something for more than it costs new

Nope I am smarter than that I have been that guy to drive the bid up to fuck someone though. Me and a buddy use to have a side gig buying stuff at estate auctions and selling it. Was pretty good money. You just have to be smart and watch the crowd.
