Request to speak to a supervisor. Ask if your case has been referred to detectives or if the case is assigned to an officer and if they will be following up by contacting the registered owner.

sounds like they are searching for much needed vitamins
    particularly the lead ones
perhaps you should kindly give them some...
sounds like you are such a "giving" person where they are in such need...

Investigating property crimes is going to be agency dependent, most still do but for example Bellingham with a population of almost 100k people only has four officers working some nights. They'll bounce call to call with little opportunity for doing follow up. They have a couple detectives assigned to property crimes, but they'll be reserved for high value crimes since property crimes in this city is double national average...just too much. This call for criminal justice reform where activists are calling for only violent people being booked into jail also isn't helping. Property criminals just get slaps on the hand, there's no teeth when they're caught.

Are you talking of penetrating the cylinder wall or just the water jacket?

m193 Ball (556) can puncture the water jacket. Anything bigger will generally do at least the same. Pistol wise 44mag will go through a water jacket.

Course it all depends on bullet selection (lead vs ball vs hunting rounds).

But more importantly would be all the other crap you have to go through first. Hoods, valve covers, heads, intakes, exhaust, fenders, ect.

Go to any Stihl shop and they can order any parts for you or get you any info you need. That saw looks like it’s actually not too beat up, as long as it has decent compression I’d throw new plug and clean or rebuild the carb. I’ve seen quite a few of the old metal flat top stihls still in use, they’re definitely a solid brand (I’m not just saying that because I used to sell them:thumbsup:)

Ever rebuilt a carb? Lots of little pieces that go in a certain order. Just take your time and you should be fine.
