Would anyone be interested in trading their tail light antenna mount for my Tacoma Rail antenna mount? Also looking to trade my 3ft firestik for a 2ft antenna.

Recently acquired a leer cap so I’m trying to change my CB setup. Not really looking to sell but will consider it if I don’t get any trade offers.

    Located in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Thanks man. I did same some cheap options when I looked around online. Just figured I’d see if anyone was looking to trade first.

How well did this bracket hold up/work? I've recently added a cap and would like a relatively cheap way to mount my antenna as well and considering I have $40 in Amazon cards this might be the answer.

I’ve had it for over a year. Mounted 98% of the time. Gone 80mph and had no problem. I’d say it did a fine job.

I’d say go with 25 feet of cable vs 20. It would have made routing a better situation for me. As my passenger door has wore at the wire over the year.

I'll be sure to get enough. Do you have any pics of how you mounted it? Did you just use the taillight bolts?

I ran two grounds because I felt the first one didn’t work that well.

How did you ground the antenna? I have some terrible SWR readings even with a grounding strap directly to the stud.

I installed a set of horn blasters in my 2017. NOTHING beats air!

    You talking to me?

Yeah, you can't beat air. But these are a great alternative. And they're legal in all 50 states and DOT certified.
