Most unique wheels you’ve seen on a Tacoma?

Interesting, I saw a couple photos of a 6 lug cr kai at the recent Tokyo Auto Salon.
Was thinking that might be the replacement for my Te’s

As far as I'm aware, I've currently got the only set on a 3rd Gen Tacoma.

100% only seen a handful of those and certainly never on a 3rd gen. Mostly on someones period correct LC that you've never seen anywhere before that just casually rolls down the street and you're like look at this time traveling motherfucker.

 

Closet/ghost enthusiasts are out there, no doubt.

 

I spotted someone a few weeks ago with a 1st gen 4runner in tan with the brown graphics, full safari rack, snorkel, pizza cutters pulling into a gas station repair type shop and it looked absolutely mint.

 

They were shipped in from Thailand. Only set to be. Work then said they weren't planning to make any more. You'd be a lucky man if you can find a set. Keep us posted.

 

I wished that rays made te37 sl in 6 lug. I would love another track day set of wheels for the race truck. I'm still catching up from the salon coverage. Was looking at the jaos hilux for ideas on the tacoma.

 

Heres a screenschot from a vlog I saw. 3rd row from the right in the middle, looks like a 6 lug to me?

 

The hub bore is large enough for our trucks. Hard to say. Far right is like a tundra bolt pattern. I can ask evasive motorsports, ive bought te sl's for my gtr from them.

Yea, they're $3k per rim if they cost similar to other HRE wheels.
