    Does anyone run Cooper ST Maxx tires around here? Im looking at some 255/80r17s and they are at the top of my list. Figured I’d ask the guys that know how they handle the local terrain

    That's what I had my first trip out for the 2nd annual RRG meet and I will say I was glad I had all of those. I was pretty nervous as I felt like I jumped into the deep end without knowing how to swim but loved it and went back the following year. Also I was 14 hours from home :D

    I didn't buy another race bike this year like I had planned so I think I may spend that money on some ECGS assembled thirds with ARB locker instead. The rear looks fine, a little nervous to do the front myself but I think it'll be helpful to learn how to remove/replace my CVs. :spending:

    Looking forward to seeing ya'll again.

    I run the equivalent size but on a 16” rim, looking to move to 17s as soon as I find a set of wheels. These tires have outperformed my expectations, they’re handling in rain and on wet roads have been spectacular, as well as their off road performance. They’re just an all around great hybrid AT tire!

    Yea planning on it as of now. June is always a perfect time for me to take a long vaca. It's good motivation to get the last few things done on my truck that I've been putting off as well.

    How well do you like your brand new truck?

    Because we can drag you over and through everything. Or you can come and ride along with someone. Typically, we don't get into too much that can cause damage, but the weather can make an easy trail into a hard trail fast at the gorge.

    They do tend help when someone says "Look out for that root on driver's side coming down the wash, it can hook your fender."

    I have one spare HAM I could loan out. Several others do too.
