    There are partly reversible and non-reversible mods.

    Someone should come up with a plastic cap that compresss the button I may have to make a trip to Home Depot and see what I can come up with drives me nuts too

    You can silence the door chime if you want to leave the door open when parked by depressing the rubber-covered switch one time.

    Yep. Not a big deal. I do have an ACLB? I don't know if that is a factor or not.

    About the only time that it happens and annoys me is when I'm coming home and stop in the driveway to grab a beer out of the fridge before pulling in and blocking the door.
