I get the venting here, but what are any of us gonna do about it? From my experience ebay and paypal tend to rule in favor of the buyer in disputes, open up a case with them.

 

If you bought it on ebay and or paid through paypal you have nothing to worry about. They side with the buyer on any dispute. I would give the guy some time to ship
