OME 2888 coils

Looking to sell 2888 coils with 1/4” spacer. Brand new in box from headstrong off road. Located in San Diego but I drive through LA a lot to go to big bear. $200 for everything OBO

How did the install go ? 2.5 inch lift?

 

I think. Not 100% sure. I went from 5th notch 5100’s on stock coils to 888 coils on 5100’s at 0. I think I went up another half inch. Not terribly noticeable tbh.

 

You notice a difference in ride quality with the coils! I’m running 5100’s with stock coils now too and always wondered about these

 

Can this be installed with the stock shocks? How much would it lift if so?

 

Yeah a little bit better. Honestly not a huge difference and prob not worth the cost at the end of the day haha.

 

They’re supposed to be run on stock coils. They have 5 different notches that you can set it at and they range from 0-2” of lift. I had mine on 5th notch for 2” of lift up front. Read shocks don’t provide lift.

 

Going to be a really dumb question but are the 2888 and 888 coils the same?
