Looking for some advice/help before I do anything. I need to replace my tires and know I can't go bigger really without a lift and/or 17" rims.

I'd like to put this leveling kit in. https://www.roughcountry.com/toyota-leveling-lift-kit-744c.html

And then these tires. Original are 267/70/16. These are 265/75/16. Wondering if they will work without rubbing after the leveling kit.
    https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tire...R6KO2RWL&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes

At the moment I can't afford rims or a lift but plan to down the road.

Ya, he is a transplant, so I guess it’s understandable that he thinks it’s Wakefield.

Just talked with him, going up to Errol NH.

Won’t rub. Go to the suspension section. There’s a million threads to read that answer this question 100 different ways

Those tires should work fine at stock height. You don't need aftermarket wheels for larger tires unless you're running into backspacing issues between the tire and uca. You don't need the leveling spacers.

Lifting doesn't let you for bigger tires. It just changes the static height of the truck, but your suspension will still travel through the same range of motion. I would avoid that spacer unless you're also extending your bump stops since it's lengthening the shock which at full stuff will make the shock take all the load instead of the bumpstop.

You guys ever reach “F it” in one of your friendships? I’ve got a friend, well know a person, who I’m starting to find that I don’t even care if I’m friends with anymore. I’ve found that every time I hear this person say something, or read something they’ve posted, I can’t help but think about how much I don’t really even like them anymore.... but we’re supposed to be friends :rofl:

So how do you guys know, when you’ve reached “f it”

Figured this thread could use a topic for BS

I know you said you can't afford to get a lift but I'd recommend saving your money on the leveling kit and put it away towards some Bilstein 5100s. They are about the best for the money thing you can do to lift the front of your truck

I got a couple buddies I'm there with. I'm friendly when I see them, but I don't ever reach out anymore, and tbh, they don't that often either. Sometimes you just go down separate paths. I've found just declining any invitations over and over again with stupid reasons tends to get people to stop asking you or trying to talk to you :anonymous:

Depends. As Ive gotten older, I have drifted from friends and told some to get fked.
Depends on how YOU feel, and if there needs to be closure.

I just don’t spend that much effort into keeping/making friends. If it takes extra effort, not for me.
