Lookin like $25 a sheet for 24x24. I may just do 3 plywood walls, and get 1 sheet for the front. Don't really need to see in the sides anyway, just need to keep heat in and noise in.

Nice. Their "standard plastic sheets" are pretty cheap if you use that search term

I had lexan on my doors and windows in my house in FL. Bulletproof and hurricane proof. Buddy of mine could get it on the cheap.

Look out for local suppliers, not Lowes or Home Depot, though they should have it, too. You should be able to score a decent sized sheet for not too much, then just cut it with a circular saw or band saw.

These are the detailed grips for the side of the blaster. I'll upload a timelapse of them being printed for anyone who may be interested.

Jesus, no wonder it took so long.
If it did 1side at a time, the time would probably be cut in half.

Plus it would save wear and tear from the arm moving between the 2 sides.

I just watched it and thought the exact same thing. Might not be able to do both sides at once if doing them one at a time because of the print head and arm crashing into the piece?

Yeah, it definitely would have been quicker that way, but the way it's coded is it always does the same layer per side. If you have 2 objects like that, the nozzle would likely knock the first one over. If I had done 1 per print, it probably would have only saved maybe an hour at the very most though. So I figured might as well run em both at the same time. I got the receiver starting now. It's gonna be at least 10 hours, hopefully no failure this time :fingerscrossed:
