To each their own.

It's now been decades, but I worked shift work until I was around 30, then moved into business hours. I could not wait to get off shifts, and going back now could quite possibly kill me.

 

Oh stop it. Between your Gen 1 Toyota anything, your 8-track tape collection and your Nokia candybar phone, I'm afraid your opinion is of "questionable" value.

I’ve worked shift work since I was 19 except for a brief year and half of 4-10’s. Still prefer shift work, ideal schedule is 7-7.

 

I hated 7-7 at the hospital. Noon-midnight was my shit, but that place was a soul-sucking hellhole. I may hate my current spot, but hey. What other schedule can I work that allows me a week off with only 2 PTO days?

 

What's the interest level on meeting up for a Coffee and Cars event for March?

I know that several of my friends will be in East Texas coming back from Mega Run so they will be out. I will see what I can do about rounding up some friends who are staying in town.

 

If I'm off. I'm more interest in a beach run or that hamburger trail or another meet where we can get food and booze lol

 

I gotcha. I just know we tend to stick to our south side group and meets and some of the Houston people won't make that drive. Also, we can't expect it of others if we don't do it for them too.

 

I'm over parking lot meets, so I'm game for whatever beach or random spot. Plus I like sleeping in.
