Yeah, probably fine but if he got it from a local store, I'd return/exchange it.

I got them from pepboys so I'll return them and get new ones. These damn rear brakes are turning into a nightmare

Glass half full: it stranded you on a warmer day. Still sucks. First bad thing I’ve heard about those Champion aluminum radiators.

I broke mine on my 3rz. I guess years of small bend adjustments weakened the metal and it just broke on me one day.

Not really. It's a blizzard right now. Wanted to tow it home before the snow hit but couldn't find a shackle that fit.

So it's still 10 miles away getting buried in snow...

    Shit day

Damn, sorry to hear. Best notify them of it and continue to investigate.

Kinda makes me wish I kept the old radiator as backup....

I had to guilt trip the 911 operator to get an officer out so I can file a police report during the summer. It wasn't hot but there was a lady that had hit me and I told them 'I'm just trying to get this lady on her way because its really hot out here'. Worked.

I finally took mine to the car wash and sprayed off all the crud under my hood, and along the firewall. Going to do a hand wash next nice day I get. I need to buy a cheap rain suit so that I can lay down at the car wash and clean underneath really good. Been trolling the Rust Prevention threads a lot, some very good info there.

@Blackdawg possibly a water pump, if it hasn't been changed. same symptoms, just more work involved.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Dropped the rear driveline off to have it balanced. (Will be able to pick it up before this weekend)

Valve body gaskets got here today. So I was able to reassemble the valve body and close up the transmission.

Little by little it's coming together

Ya that good old 5 lug mod it is(one front did the same when i thought the lug nut wasn't tight enough and is still that way sadly). The truck I got the axle from was hit in the rear. Tomorrow I bolt my spares to it and watch if it spins straight without tires it looks like it does without them.
