What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

To be honest when I first saw it I thought it was a ram.

 

Got a new skid plate today.

 

Just got KO2s put on today...wow, feels like a completely different vehicle. Ride is way better than the stock Toyos...feels way more truck like. If I knew the ride would be this much better I would have upgrades a while ago.

I did snap a pic of this 2nd gen going through a frame recall though. I was really interested and the dealership guys were really cool about it and brought me into the bay showed me the extend of the work...parts everywhere, cab in the air, bed on the ground, rear axle somewhere else. They told me the owner gave a good "what the F!" when he came by and saw it. I didn't grab better pics because it was sort of weird when it's some other guys truck but my jaw was on the floor.

Do you know where you saw the pic with the highliner and prinsu? I was thinking of the same look and wanted to see what it looked like

 

I've got 265/70/17 on the truck now and trying to guage how much thinner they will look. The size seems like a great choice.

 

I’m really liking the swap from 35w to 50w Ballast with my (Low Beam) Morimoto HID Elite system. 1st pic DRL 2-1 Fogs, 2 Pic VLED Switchback DRL, 3rd pic Low Beam HID, 4th pic LED High Beam.

 

Looks like it just needs to be moved back a little or the weatherstripping is binding against the tailgate. Talk to the shop you got it from and they can make the adjustments. Had to do it with mine, not a big deal.

Installed my Revtek light bar last night. The finish SUCKS, but I love the design.
Probably gonna powder coat it soon.
Not buying from Revtek Suspension ever again.
