I'm not complaining, I love the truck. I do think averaging 14.7 mpgs on the interstate w cc set at 75 is ridiculous though in a midsize truck. The Silverado I had prior would average 18 on the same stretch of interstate. A 3.5 v6 should do better than a 5.3 v8 in that situation. I figured out how to correct it on the way back up but I like using CC. I would enjoy being able to use CC and get 18 mpg at 75.

Not complaining. Not like I an going to sell the truck. Just making a statement it sucks on the interstate over 70 bc of constant downshifting and I think most agree.

Before my lift and bigger/heavier tires I was getting ~20 MPG between Berryville and Chantilly. And I typically cruise the Greenway at 75+. Post lift/tires I now average 17+. The ShiftSense Pro didn't make a ton of difference to my MPGs, but the driving experience is MUCH improved. Coming over the mountain after the Shenandoah River without the ShiftSense it would typically downshift to 3rd and stay there with the truck screaming like a banshee. Now she shifts down to 4th and cruises right along. I love this thing. If you have a 3rd Gen auto, I highly recommend it.
