Safelite did a great job on mine, was super fast as well. He said it was the easiest he has ever done though because it was the original windshield.

He came out and got it done before one of the December storms. Even bumped me up in the list cause I was off work at 5 and his other customers were home calls. They would rather you pay with card instead of check though.

Anyone with more brake expertise then me, im collecting parts to remove my abs. Its been out of service for 3 years anyways. I have a bender and flare tool, but have no experience in valves. This mated to a proportional valve?

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01H7RO6IU/

@Yetimetchkangmi looks like the Aluminum Radiator is getting pushed a week or 2. Something is dragging and binding i got 150mi to a full tank. Thats in 2wd and running dry roads.:eek::frusty: I really need to get this figured out. The rear shoes are 1/8 different on the top vs the bottom and The drums seem to be dragging. Even backing the shoes off all the way it still is dragging. No funny sounds or brake play though, alignment looks decent but camber is off.

    Suggestions??

So the 1st gen ABS removal is a ROYAL pain in the ass but can be done if you have time.
From what I gather from a friend that has already done it (as he waded up his rear axle with a 8-10 degree bend upwards and replaced it with a diamond axle) :

The MC has main lines going to the ABS unit and a return line from the LSPV.
To remove the ABS, its preferred that LSPV is removed and replaced with a manual proportion valve.
The line that goes from the ABS to the LSPV stops there and then the output from the LSPV tees off to each side Driver/Pass Rear drum.
When you take out the LSPV, you have to junction that gap.
You will also need to locate an tee junction for the front.

    Dragging or Binding?
Set truck on jack stands and rotate each tire.
    Worse case scenario:
    1. disconnect the rear drive line at the carrier bearing (make sure you mark it like I did with Hello Kitty pink finger nail polish) so you keep the driveline in phase. this will isolate between transmission/transfer case and 3rd member

I think the rear drums are out of round and the shoes are un evenly worn causing it not adjust properly with the e brake. They are aftermarket parts installed by the previous owner. Today I have had no issues on a little jaunt now that the drums have been isolated. Jacked front and rear up, nothing dragging in the front, the calipers look a little sticky so that could add to it.

With the Abs I have a brake line bender and flare tool. So my plan was to possibly gut everything on the frame, I will put the w13 calipers on as well. Then do braided stainless lines to each caliper and one from frame to rear axle. The fluid is nasty as well so might as well do it all. Thanks for the Input.

W13 is great upgrade, just make sure you have a friend :boink: that has it already installed to test fit your rims. I have 17" rims so it wasn't an issue.
I got my W13 on Amazon from Callahan $320 and I got my extended braided lines from LCE $170. The rear line was already extended by prior owner.
If you do the ABS as the same time as the W13, less lines to bleed.

Do you still have your oem spare? I am remembering that it should fit over the calipers. Have you tried it out yet?

I was going to mount the caliper and test fit my wheels. Then do fronts and abs all at once like you are thinking as well.

I was just going to go with power stop or Lce, I did find that wildwood has a 1 to 1 valve thats metric now.

Edit: 40 is a lot better then the janky one thats 80 on another well known supplier

Mines 18.25 including the filler neck. I thought the same thing about the wifes van, then I realized she has a 25 or 26 gallon tank.
